Branson, MO Horseback Trail Rides

Our trail riding stables at Sycamore Creek are nestled on a magnificent 272-acre family ranch, located 6 miles from the Branson Landing. This location boasts some of the most beautiful scenic trails and countryside that Branson has to offer.

Riders are taken along approximately one-mile of fantastic lakefront you will enjoy views of the Boston Ferry Conservation area just across Lake Taneycomo. This area is home to majestic eagles, as well as a large variety of farm animals, coyotes, bobcats, wild turkeys, ducks, deer and too many species of birds to even list!

Tips are just like a restaurant. Our Wranglers do work for their tips and are thankful for any they receive.
In general, no, but you must let us know if you are over 250lbs.
For trail rides the age is 5 and up. We also have a pony ring for 4 and under charged by the minute.
No doubles as it is not safe nor permitted for any reason.
Long pants and close-toed shoes are recommended. While tennis shoes (or sneakers) are not recommended, they will do. You’ll ideally want a 1-1.5″ heel on your shoe. Bring a hat, sunglasses, plenty of water, and sunscreen.
In general, no. The above are for a higher skill level and lots of practice. If you’d like to include this in your ride, please call us for a private ride. Ultimately, it is up to the Wrangler.
We can accommodate up to about 60 people at once for a trail ride.
